Zonda Global is a healthcare recruitment agency that places quality staff across Australia. Zonda connects talented professionals with healthcare facilities, including private and public hospitals, medical centres, aged care homes, and clinics.

Before Venturely’s Acquisition

Established in 2017, Zonda People provided staffing solutions across various sectors in Australia. The company sought expert consulting to restructure its operations, resolve financial issues, and support growth.

When the company was originally structured in 2017, its annual revenue was around $18M. However, due to poor strategic planning, the revenue dropped significantly, reaching just $5M annually.

Throughout the strategic implementation, Venture.ly brought transformative changes to Zonda Global, setting the stage for rapid growth and long-term sustainability. 

Key achievements include:

A dedicated People & Culture Director and an experienced healthcare industry leader with over 40 years of expertise were appointed to drive Zonda’s strategic direction. In September 2024, a new CEO was introduced to ensure sustainable operations and execute the established growth plans.

The leadership team, led by the CEO, initiated weekly training sessions and strategic meetings to engage employees, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. This approach strengthened team commitment and aligned staff with the company’s vision and mission.

Zonda was restructured into specialised verticals, allowing for tailored customer service and focused expertise within the healthcare sector. This segmentation enhanced service delivery and improved customer satisfaction.

A new marketing department was established, and cutting-edge technology was introduced to streamline recruitment processes. These upgrades significantly improved Zonda’s operational efficiency and market reach.

Zonda identified international recruitment as a key driver for growth, expanding operations to acquire candidates from Singapore and the UK. This strategy enabled Zonda to fast-track its growth in Australia’s healthcare recruitment sector.

By February 2024, Zonda achieved a 100% increase in revenue, attributed to new cornerstone contracts, improved operations, and international recruitment efforts. 

A significant capital raise was initiated to support further investment in technology and resources, paving the way for sustained growth.
